Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of the WhateverAI application. By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The service
WhateverAI provides AI-assisted interior redesign previews from room photos you supply. Results are generative and may be imperfect, unrealistic, or inconsistent. Outputs are for inspiration and visualization—not construction documents, architectural advice, or guarantees of real-world feasibility, safety, or cost.
2. License to use the app
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use WhateverAI on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
3. Apple Standard EULA
Licensed Application End User License Agreement terms published by Apple also apply to apps distributed on the App Store:

If there is a conflict between Apple’s Standard EULA and these Terms regarding distribution through the App Store, Apple’s Standard EULA controls for those distribution terms.
4. Your content and responsibilities
- You must own or have rights to upload room photos and any instructions you provide.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse the API, bypass credit limits, or disrupt the service.
- You are responsible for how you use redesigns (including sharing).
5. Subscriptions and purchases
Optional auto-renewable subscriptions unlock Pro features. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Apple ID account settings. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Free redesign credits and rewarded-ad credits (if available) are limited and may change.
6. AI outputs
Generated images may resemble existing styles or spaces by coincidence. You are responsible for ensuring your commercial use of outputs complies with applicable law. We do not warrant uniqueness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Disclaimers
THE APP AND OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP SUBSCRIPTION IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR ZERO IF YOU PAID NOTHING).
10. Termination
We may suspend or stop providing the service. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it. Provisions that should survive (including disclaimers and liability limits) will survive termination.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
